Medium_grass_weeds_2_2_ Hi there, would you be able to help me identify and get rid of this weed in the attached photos.

I only seem to have this problem in winter months. I put down granular weed and feed on it last year and it went black and was gone... Until it popped up again this year a few months ago. I have tried 2 courses of granular weed and feed with no luck so far.
