Medium_avocado Avocado plant has brown leaves

This avocado is 1 year old and in a pot. Growing very good but noticed it has brown leaves and some leaves look like tearing apart.
I just wondering what is wrong with the plant?

I watering it 3 times per week.I used liquid fertiliser.

The brown edge of the leaves indicates watering related issues, either too much or not enough, unfortunately the symptom is very similar. I would suggest to improve watering and soil drainage. Try adding some Dynamic Lifter Liquid Concentrate. It’s certified for use in organic gardens, and contains seaweed, blood&bone and fish meal to help developing new roots and restoring healthy growth.
