need advise on how to care for a pomegranate fruit tree to prevent pests & diseases because some of my fruits have a black rotting in the pulp on the very top of the fruit appreciate you help

Answer: Hi Mona, very difficult to diagnose something like this without seeing it. It would be good to know if there are any symptoms of leaf spotting etc to help diagnose. Pomegranite fruit can be affected by Alternaria fungus, but there would be leaf spotting as well. If it is a fungus, a copper fungicide should help prevent it spreading (remove and dispose of all affected fruit first).
