Tried "Success" ultra. 3 years running on potted cycads, the blue butterfly is still destroying growth! I have

followed all instructions, the product simply does not work!

In order for us to further investigate the issue, we will need to ask you some questions. We apologise for any inconvenience or frustration these questions may cause; however, we do want to ensure that we properly investigate the issue.

- Can you please provide us with clear photos of the front and back of the products.
This will provide us with the batch number as well as suffice for proof of purchase.
- If possible, please also provide photos of the cycad itself.
- When the product was applied? How often?
- May we ask your full contact details including your postal address?

Upon receipt of the above details we can then work toward a suitable resolution and provide the information to our quality assurance team for review.
