Medium_image I have a pest attacking my hibiscus sinensus. Could be spider mites but not sure. Speckled leaves suggest so.

Also looks like something chewing leaves but couldn't see any caterpillars.

Looks like there are some sap-sucking insects from the sooty mould, try spray it with Yates Nature’s Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray, this product will also control caterpillars.
