I have a peony rose which I have had in the garden for two years. It iflowered last year but inone in 2018. An

Despite healthy leaves no flowers in 2018. It is in a mostly shady area but receives early morning sun.
Any reason? Is there a product to encourage growth.? I have been told that some years there could be no flowers. Your comments would be appreciated

Peony loves to grow in full sun but dislike hot temperature. Ensure the soil is well draining and soil pH is around 7. Feed regularly with potassium-based fertiliser to encourage flowers.
